she/her

Hi my name is Claire, I look forward to meeting you.

I am a therapist with a passion for supporting adults as they move through life's meaningful transitions. I work with individuals experiencing compassion fatigue, caregiver fatigue, grief, depression, anxiety and other periods of change and adjustment. These experiences can feel overwhelming, uncertain or isolating, yet they can also offer moments to invite reflection, healing and the possibility of renewed meaning and perspective.

I offer a compassionate and calming space to pause, listen inward and tend to what feels fragmented and weary with no judgment. Therapy is a shared journey, guided by empathy and thoughtful presence, where we explore what matters most and reconnect with your strengths and wisdom. I look forward to walking alongside you as you cultivate healing, insight, and a life that feels more whole, aligned and meaningful.

My Approach to Therapy

My therapeutic orientation is person-centered and rooted in the work of Carl Rogers, drawing from humanistic perspectives that honor the inherent worth, dignity, and resilience of each individual. I believe that meaningful healing emerges through reconnection with oneself, with the present moment and with the natural world.

I aim to create a therapeutic space that nurtures self-discovery and supports individuals in accessing their innate capacity for growth and resilience. Central to my approach is meeting clients with empathy, acceptance, and genuine presence, allowing change to unfold in a way that feels authentic and grounded.

Nature is integrated into my work as both a metaphor and a tangible resource for healing. It serves as a grounding force, offering perspective and reminding individuals of their interconnectedness and ability to adapt, endure, and thrive, even in the midst of life's challenges. Drawing primarily from person-centered therapy, I bring these elements together in a way that honors each person's lived experience and individual path toward growth.
