Lauren Holcomb, MSW Intern

she/her

Hi, I’m Ren,

I’m an MSW Intern who supports children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges and explore their emotions. I believe everyone has their own strengths, and together we can identify and build on those throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and encouraged, while making therapy a meaningful and engaging experience!

My Approach to Therapy

I strive to create a warm, safe, and inviting space where children, teens, and young adults feel comfortable being themselves and expressing their thoughts openly. My approach is rooted in authenticity and a humanistic perspective, emphasizing connection, trust, and empowerment. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for growth, and I use evidence-based interventions to support meaningful, lasting change. I aim to create an environment where honesty feels safe and clients feel truly seen and heard. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and confident in creating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
