Then there&#8217;s the pressure of New Year\u2019s resolutions looming around the corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s no wonder so many of us feel confused about what to eat and tired of judging or micro-managing ourselves for every choice we make.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But here\u2019s the truth: <strong>you deserve to feel at peace with food and your body and the holidays are a great time to discover how.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your body is always speaking to you\u2014through hunger, fullness, cravings, and satisfaction.
