Hello!
I am so glad you are here! I am hoping we can work together to take steps for you to recognize and accept your worthiness and humanity.
In today’s world we often forget that all we are is human, and that is enough. My goal is to provide a safe environment where you can show up as your most vulnerable and genuine self and simply be. I acknowledge that sometimes the most difficult part of life is to sit with big feelings and perceive yourself as alone in those feelings. I want you to know, you are seen, supported, and have the tools you already need within yourself. Together we can explore and identify your strengths, passions, and ways to address whatever barriers you may be facing.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, teens and adults to overcome life’s difficulties and provide a space for self exploration. I specialize in providing therapy in areas of trauma, anxiety, teen issues, women’s issues, depression, parenting, and family. I am a loud and passionate ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and have a goal to provide a safe and inclusive space for every person in my office. I am passionate about working with children and teens to promote a healthy self image, body ownership and feelings of empowerment. In a session you can expect me to utilize a person-centered and strengths based approach. This means I view you as the expert in your own life and I am simply here to guide, provide support, offer ideas and empower you. In sessions I pair therapeutic discussion with laughter, movement, play and expression along with evidenced based therapeutic approaches. I believe therapy comes in many forms and healing can come from anywhere. I want to help you find what works for you as an individual.
