Hey there, I’m Clay, a therapist who’s here to support you on your journey through life. I specialize in working with teenagers and young adults, helping them navigate the challenges that come their way. Transitioning through different phases of life can be tough, but I’m here to help make it a smoother ride.
I have a laid-back style and love to use humor to make difficult topics easier to discuss. Life can be heavy at times, but through laughter and a relaxed atmosphere, we can tackle tough conversations together. I believe that creating a non-judgmental environment is crucial for genuine exploration and personal growth.
One of my passions is working with LGBTQ+ individuals, understanding the unique obstacles they face. I provide a safe and inclusive space where you can freely express yourself and address the specific challenges you may encounter. Whether it’s coming out, finding acceptance, or exploring your identity, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Another area I specialize in is working with young men on self-expression and anger management. I understand the importance of finding healthy ways to communicate your emotions and deal with anger constructively. Together, we can develop strategies that promote self-expression, emotional intelligence, and positive coping mechanisms.
So, if you’re a teenager or young adult seeking a therapist who gets it, I might just be your guy. I’m here to provide a warm, friendly, and supportive space where you can flourish. Take that first step towards a happier, healthier future by booking a session with me, Clay. I can’t wait to embark on this journey of growth and self-discovery with you!
