Hi! My name’s Danielle.
There are many reasons people seek out therapy and in my role as your therapist, I will collaborate with you to set and work towards your goals. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the most important aspect of the therapeutic process and I am committed to providing a non-judgmental space for clients to show up authentically.
As a clinician, I believe that our past impacts our present and have dedicated my career to working with individuals struggling with substance use and unresolved trauma issues. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and have training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Through these modalities, I help individuals uncover and address the negative beliefs and triggers that are keeping them stuck. We will work together to decide what treatment modalities we use to help you achieve your goals.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. I look forward to working with you!
