Administrative Assistant Job Description
Position Overview: Stillpoint Counseling and Wellness is seeking a part-time administrative and marketing assistant. The Assistant will work 20-25 hours per week, Monday- Friday, supporting the front and back end of our business, including scheduling client calls, billing, client support, social media and ensuring our staff is supported.

Convenience: We offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments for our clients. We offer online therapy services through a HIPAA compliant Telehealth program. We offer an Client Portal for online scheduling, easy access to billing documents, and communication with our clients

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage client calls.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Support billing department
- Manage intake paperwork collection and ensure EHR files are accurate.
- Assume responsibility of maintenance of office equipment.
- Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
- Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by STILLPOINT
- Passion for working with others and helping team members grow.
- Social media and other marketing tasks
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
