Classes, Workshops, & Groups

This 10-week virtual Women’s Healing Circle is a supportive, intentional space for women to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and gently restore their nervous systems. Meeting once per week for 90 minutes, this circle honors the natural rhythm of the seasons by shifting inward, supporting release, balance, and restoration as we transition into the shorter days of fall.

Each session includes a blend of:
  • Nervous system balancing practices
  • Mindfulness and guided meditation
  • Breathwork and gentle, intentional movement
  • Reflective journaling
  • Somatic awareness and processing inspired by Somatic Experiencing principles

This circle is designed to support emotional regulation, embodied awareness, and a deeper sense of connection—to self and to others—within a compassionate, non-judgmental community.

Restorative yoga is a quiet, healing practice focused on deep relaxation using props to support the body in gentle, opening poses.

This practice activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to create a sense of calm and a release of physical tension. Resting in the poses allows for a state of nervous system equilibrium in which the body’s natural healing response can occur. Consistent practice supports overall long-term health.

Restorative yoga is open to and beneficial for anyone experiencing basic overwhelm, the need to slow down, anxiety, injury recovery, high blood pressure or other health conditions. Being able to get up and down from the floor is the only criteria for participating.

An experiential Mindfulness Workshop open to anyone who wants to learn more about Mindfulness while stepping out of the doing mode of everyday life to pause for self-care.

Together, we will explore what mindfulness is—and what it is not—while demystifying the concepts of Meditation and discovering how it supports Mindfulness as a way of life.
We will engage in both formal and informal Mindfulness practices, to include the Breathing Space, Body Scan, Sitting Meditation, and Loving-Kindness Meditation. Throughout the workshop, emphasis will be placed on integrating mindfulness into everyday life through practical, accessible practices that can be used anywhere, anytime.

You will be provided with an opportunity to learn ways to apply mindfulness practices as an approach to managing the ups and downs of our humanness including everyday stress, the ruminating mind, chronic pain, illness, and perceptions and habitual reaction patterns that often negatively shape our experiences.

All are welcome, whether new to mindfulness or looking to deepen an existing practice. Wear comfortable clothing. We will be a scent free event.
