Befriending the Body: An Introduction to Yoga Therapy

You deserve to feel at home in your body. This 2-hour workshop is an immersion into Yoga Therapy, and how it can help to transform your relationship with food, your body, and your life. With the use of yoga, mindfulness and group discussion, we will explore the connection of how we feel in our bodies, and how those feelings influence the way we show up in our lives. This is an opportunity to lighten the burden of suffering alone, and share the healing process with other women who “get it”.

No yoga experience required, all bodies welcome.

Lillie Hewitt, Stillpoint’s yoga therapy instructor will be hosting this two hour workshop Befriending the Body: An Introduction to Yoga Therapy.

The workshop is $40 and will be held at our office on November 19th from 10AM-12PM
