Hi! I’m Caitlin.
I work with women and couples struggling with life transitions, relationship/family issues, anxiety, depression, and stress management. I believe that we are who we are because of our past and present relationships, environments and experiences. While working together, you will gain an increased understanding of yourself, the patterns that no longer serve you, and the tools to create an aligned and joyful life.
I bring a personable, human-like approach to our sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities (aka the data says it works) with humor and creativity sprinkled throughout.
The clients I work with often start in a place where they feel stuck, misunderstood, or alone in solving their problems. I help them break things down into small, manageable, meaningful steps that empower change through self-knowing, self-love and intentional action.
I work towards understanding you and your experiences so that our sessions have a unique and genuine therapy approach, rather than a one-size-fits-all system. Therapy requires bravery and vulnerability, so I am intentional about creating a space where you feel heard, validated and worthy. I believe you already have the strengths within you to overcome your struggles. I am hopeful that you can create a healthy and fulfilling life and am thankful to be a part of your journey.
Outside of being a therapist (because we are humans too), I am a creator, a nature-lover, a dedicated neighbor, friend, family and community member. I like to laugh and dance and be funny. I am a “forever learner” with a curious mind, open heart, and engaging personality. I try to celebrate the little things, make life meaningful and have fun!
