Christina is one of our group facilitators, currently leading our Women's Healing Circle group and our Cultivating Calm: A Nervous System Reset Workshop.
Yoga found Christina at a time in her life when she was in need of connection, understanding, and deep inner healing. For Christina, yoga was a place of solace. A space where she could connect with herself, hear her own voice, and trust her intuition. After a few years of practice, Christina felt called to dive deeper into the study of yoga. Without an intention to teach, Christina had signed up for her first yoga teacher training. What she received from her training was much more than the ability to teach a yoga class. She began to heal. Embracing her most intuitive and authentic self.
Having spent her journey learning to embody life, Christina is passionate about creating an inclusive healing space for all. A space that allows each individual to connect to their inner wisdom and arrive back home to themselves. With an emphasis on mind-body connection, Christina’s trauma-informed offerings cultivate a sense of empowerment through self-discovery, self-compassion, and self-acceptance.
Christina’s professional life has been rooted in holistic healing. She has been a long-term advocate for mental health, which led to the opening of her private practice as a holistic mental health therapist. Over time, she continued on to become a Reiki practitioner, a Somatic Healer, and a Feminine Embodiment Coach. Her ongoing intention is to walk alongside you through this journey.
You can find Christina practicing yoga with you at a local studio, spending time on the beach and in nature, or traveling the world to immerse herself into different cultures.
