Classes, Workshops, & Groups

This 8 week group is a space where we are reminded that all is welcome. Our voices, our successes, our imperfections.

In this space, we support each other, without words or advice, but by holding space for one another. This series allows for each woman to feel seen, heard, and held in a safe and supportive space. Through a blend of self-exploration, breathwork, guided meditation, yoga, connection, and reflection, this workshop series will help to cultivate self-awareness, self-compassion, and will create space to connect with your own strength, inner guidance and wisdom.

Topics may include but are not limited to: self-esteem, self-limiting beliefs, finding your voice, building resilience, and self-care and wellness.

Starting a relationship is fun and exciting AND keeping a strong relationship is hard! This workshop is for new couples who are committed to having a fulfilling and sustainable relationship for years to come. The workshop is based on The New York Times bestseller The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work, which was written from Dr. John Gottman’s four decades of research with more than 3,000 couples. Over the years, Drs. John and Julie Gottman have continued to fine-tune their innovative method of disrupting negative behaviors that send relationships onto the rocks.

This educational workshop is designed to help couples improve their friendship and conflict management skills by learning to work with the small daily moments that make up the heart and soul of any relationship.

Come learn to be a relationship guru and spend devoted, intentional time with your partner.

The 7 Principles Workshop for Couples

coming this fall!

Bad things happen to us and in our community daily, but it is what is stored in the body that continues to affect us. Habitual patterns, dysregulation, and disconnection impact our relationship to self and others. Through research on the body’s nervous system, we know that our responses to our environment are shaped by early experiences and reshaped with ongoing experiences. This ability to reshape is what is so important. We can train our nervous system and allow our body and mind to heal.

This workshop is informed by Stephen Porges’s polyvagal theory, and we learn and practice skills that will reshape your nervous system’s response to your environment to allow for more ease and capacity for living. We use therapeutic movement, art, and cognitive tools in every session, along with group processing and support.

These workshops are for anyone 18 years or older interested in healing trauma or other stress related disorders with a body-oriented approach. This group is not intended to replace regular, clinical therapy, but rather it is an adjunctive resource for building your skills to find regulation in the body and mind that improves your life satisfaction and outlook for recovery.
