What to Expect
Each offering in our office is a small group experience where about 4 – 8 participants will be enrolled. We offer specialized and integrative classes for the mind and body to support individuals gaining wellness for the whole self.
For all classes, wear comfortable clothes and bring any items that will help support your own comfort. For yoga classes, wear clothing that are comfortable and easy to move in. Yoga classes, unless otherwise indicated, are for all levels of students and modifications can be made to support any body type and fitness level. You can expect that your instructor will welcome you to class, answer your questions, and provide a safe space to learn and practice. We have yoga mats and props available for use while in our space.
For groups and other psycho-educational workshops, we have comfortable seating and work to provide a safe environment for all participants. Therapists and group leaders will go over group expectations to maintain this safety and confidentiality in the first session.
For online groups and workshops, pre-registration is required. Links and instructions on participating will be sent to you upon registration.
Private or semi-private yoga classes can be scheduled at the rate of $90 per session and are customized to fit your personal health needs. Each session is about 60 min.
Workshops are individually priced and descriptions found in the event listing. We bring a variety of topics to include somatic movement, mindfulness, psychotherapy topics, and other interests to overall wellbeing.
On-site or corporate yoga, meditation, or educational workshops are offered. Please call for more information and pricing.
Class sizes are small and reservations are recommended in order to ensure a spot in class.
