Position Overview: We are seeking a contracted role as a clinical therapist who will provide outpatient individual and/or group therapy to the clients of Stillpoint Counseling and Wellness, PLLC. Clinical therapy services include treatment of children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. We are currently looking for an experienced therapist with a niche related to trauma, family therapy, couples work, or disordered eating and who is anti-racist, social justice minded, and ready to be a part of a dynamic, fun, and collaborative team.

Convenience: We offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments for our clients. We offer online therapy services through a HIPAA compliant Telehealth program. We offer an Client Portal for online scheduling, easy access to billing documents, and communication with our clients

Qualifications and Skills:
- Align with STILLPOINT mission, vision, and values.
- Must be punctual in reporting to work.
- Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work; and
- Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LCPC) in the State of NC. A copy must be provided to STILLPOINT.
- Be organized and detail oriented.
- Be a team player.
- Be able to work independently and autonomously.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a private practice setting or other outpatient setting highly preferred.
- At least two years’ experience post-unrestricted licensure (preferred)
- Have at least one niche market for counseling services (i.e., children, teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, disordered eating, etc)
