Hi, I’m Kat Mullaney!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps teens and adults with processing life experiences, developing healthy coping skills, and identifying the many strengths one has during the journey towards healing and self-discovery. I weave humor, warmth, and a down to earth energy into each session and find value in creating a safe and comfortable environment.
It is my honor to walk beside you and tackle the hard things that you may be struggling with while providing a secure space to do so. Together we will explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors you may be experiencing, and gain a deeper understanding of how those elements interact to shape a sense of self, make choices, and determine how you engage with the world. I believe that developing such insight can help with healing from past hurts, becoming un-stuck, and moving toward meaningful change.
When not helping others, I help myself by being in nature as much as possible. I live on a horse farm and find my own healing through caring for and riding horses.
Spending time with my family fills my cup and I love a good psychological thriller book and have a never ending list of podcasts that I listen to throughout the week.
