Kim Fournier-Jacques, MSW Intern

she/her

Hi, I’m Kim Fournier-Jacques, a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and MSW Intern.
Whether you’re navigating challenges with body image, food, anxiety, stress, grief, or trauma, I offer a compassionate and holistic approach to healing. My work is rooted in mindfulness to help you cultivate a healthier relationship with your feelings, and create lasting change.

My Approach to Therapy

Healing is a journey, and you don’t have to do it alone. It happens best in a safe, compassionate, and mindful space where emotions can be explored without judgment.
I love taking the time to fully understand a client’s goals. It's through having a sense of clarity and holding a shared vision that allows growth to happen.
Each person’s journey is unique, and therapy should honor that individuality with a personalized, client-centered approach. Through mindfulness, and nervous-system regulation, deeper layers of healing become accessible, allowing unresolved trauma to surface and be processed in a way that promotes resilience, growth, freedom and lasting change.

We'd be a great fit if...

  •  You’re struggling with perfectionism and self-criticism and want to cultivate self-compassion and confidence
  • You want to feel more grounded, present, and at peace in daily life.
  • You’re ready to move beyond survival mode and step into a life of greater ease and fulfillment.
  • You’re navigating the complexities of midlife transitions and want support in embracing change with confidence.
  • You want to break free from negative body image and diet culture and develop a healthier, more intuitive relationship with food.
  • You know you need to be present with your grief in a compassionate way in order to heal.
  • You’ve experienced emotional neglect or childhood trauma and want to break free from its impact.
  • You are interested in experiencing a mind-body approach to healing.
