Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice is needed to cancel appointments. Full payment of the no-show fee will be charged for no show appointments and appointments not cancelled within 24 hours. In Network Insurance:

Many of our providers are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Blue Value), Optum/United Health Care, and Aetna.  Co-pays and deductibles due at time of service. Cost of service is dependent on contracted rate with the insurance company.  To confirm if your therapist is in network with these insurances, please call our office or check their bio pages.

We are are a certified out of network provider with Tricare.  Please contact your insurance provider to confirm whether you need a referral with us and what your out of network benefits are.

Insurance rates are billed to the insurance companies and contracted rates are determined by the insurance provider. Deductibles and co-insurances are based off the contracted rate of the individual insurance company, as well as your individual plan and benefits. To know more clearly your responsibility, you can call your insurance provider (phone number often found on back of your insurance card) and inquire about service codes 90791 (initial intake appointment) and 90837 (1 hour therapy session), 90834 (45 min therapy session, or 90847 (family therapy) which are typical service codes for mental health session. Late cancellation fees or no shows fees are not billable to insurance, therefore this fee ($100) would be your responsibility in the event this happened.

Out of Network Insurance

A billing receipt can provided, so you can submit for your out of network benefits. Depending on your current insurance provider and benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
