Hi, I'm Rob Burg, LCMHC.
I’m a licensed mental health therapist who works with individuals with a variety of mental health issues and stressors to learn ways to cope, manage triggers, and build a strong support network.
I take a strengths based approach to counseling that focuses on your positive attributes and abilities. Through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, creative interventions, and solution focused therapy, we collaborate together to set treatment goals and work to achieve them.
You can find me playing and writing music, relaxing with a good book, or wrapped up in a board game or video game. I frequently participate in pickleball, tennis, and table tennis, as well as going to the gym. I can also be found spending time outdoors with my family and two dogs or taking the occasional camping trip.
I have written over 40 songs and can play several different instruments and sing. I grew up playing in a family band and we occasionally still play together.
