Hi, I’m Ryan McFall MSW, LCSW,
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps individuals aged 14+ with navigating life changes, anxiety, and trauma. I am easy going and enjoy building a strong therapeutic connection with my clients as we navigate the challenges that led you to therapy. I want our sessions to be a place you can laugh freely, cry without judgment, or organize your thoughts in a meaningful way.
For most of us, it's easy to become lost in work, caring for others, or dysfunctional patterns that lead to a lifestyle that you never planned for and maybe never wanted. Society’s emphasis on fast paced living can make it hard to make meaningful changes or address things that aren’t working.
I believe taking the time to invest in yourself and make intentional adjustments can lead towards a life worth living and a life you can be proud of.
My goal as a therapist is to be a caring, unbiased ear with a skillset to provide feedback and support as needed. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship makes it easier to be vulnerable and honest, which are key ingredients to growth and change. Sprinkle in some humor and sarcasm, and we are on our way!
I’m an outdoor adventurer, fly fisher, and specialty coffee lover. I love to listen to podcasts, hang out with my dogs, and make sushi in my free time. I could eat Thai and Japanese food only for the rest of my life and be quite content.
I became a therapist because I love humans and I love to ask questions. I find myself naturally curious and I strive to approach situations from many different points of view.
Prior to working in the mental health field, Ryan worked for five years with individuals with developmental disabilities. Ryan excels at working with individuals through life transitions, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationships. When he’s not in the office, Ryan is bouncing between coffee shops, hanging out with his dogs, or fishing.
