Yoga Teacher Trainings

200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
January 2020 – August 2020
1 weekend per month for 8 months
Saturday & Sunday 7 am – 7 pm

Are you ready to take your practice to the next level?  Do you want to understand the ancient practices of yoga?  Do you want to be able to share the practice with others in your community?

Join us for a 200-hour yoga teacher training that is certified with Yoga Alliance.  At the end of the training, you can apply for your yoga certification to teach yoga; however, a large percentage of students take the training for their own learning and personal growth.

This 200-hour training provides instruction on yoga philosophy, ethics, teaching methodology, sequencing, physiology and anatomy, energetic anatomy, and practicum experience.  This is a vinyasa flow yoga training with an emphasis on the 8-limbs of yoga, living your yoga, and a holistic health perspective.
The heavy emphasis on holistic health makes it ideal for other helping professionals, such as psychotherapists, physical therapists, nurses, and others who want to understand the mind-body connection in a way to enhance the overall health of their clients and patients.

You may view the syllabus here  on my Yoga Alliance page.
