Hi, I’m Cam, an MSW Intern who is passionate about helping people better understand themselves and navigate life with more clarity and self-compassion. I work with older children, teens, and adults, and I’m especially drawn to supporting anxiety, identity, self-worth, and building a healthier relationship with yourself. In session, I take a collaborative and flexible approach, trusting you as the expert of your own experience. I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and real, where you can reconnect with who you truly are.
Underneath the overwhelm, anxiety, and uncertainty that so many people carry, there is often a version of yourself that feels more grounded, aligned, and true. Therapy can be a space to reconnect with that, even when life feels messy or unclear. It’s okay if things don’t make sense right away. Part of the work is learning to sit with the mess, begin to understand it, and maybe even come to accept parts of it as you go.
Sessions with me are collaborative and flexible, shaped by what feels most important to you. There is space for both lightness and deeper exploration, sometimes even within the same session, and no expectation to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest, making sense of what’s coming up, and moving toward meaningful change at your own pace.
Whether it’s hiking in the mountains, walking along the beach, or traveling to a new place, I’m always drawn to a mix of adventure and slowing down. A lot of my favorite days are simple ones—yoga class, farmers market, and a matcha somewhere along the way.
I feel really connected to yoga and recently completed my yoga teacher certification. I’m also a big food person and love trying new restaurants or cooking at home when I’m feeling inspired. I became a therapist because I genuinely enjoy getting to know people beyond the surface, and find it even more meaningful to support them in getting to know themselves better, too.
