Administrative Assistant

We are not currently hiring for any administrative roles. We are always accepting resumes.

Position Overview:

Stillpoint Counseling and Wellness is seeking a part-time administrative and marketing assistant. The Assistant will work 20-25 hours per week, Monday- Friday, supporting the front and back end of our business, including scheduling client calls, billing, client support, social media and ensuring our staff is supported.

duties & responsibilities:

  • Manage client calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Support billing department 
  • Manage intake paperwork collection and ensure EHR files are accurate.
  • Assume responsibility of maintenance of office equipment.
  • Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
  • Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by STILLPOINT
  • Passion for working with others and helping team members grow.
  • Social media and other marketing tasks
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Contract Position for Clinical Psychotherapy

Position Overview:

We are seeking a contracted role as a clinical therapist who will provide outpatient individual and/or group therapy to the clients of Stillpoint Counseling and Wellness, PLLC. Clinical therapy services include treatment of children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. We are currently looking for an experienced therapist with a niche related to trauma, family therapy, couples work, or disordered eating and who is anti-racist, social justice minded, and ready to be a part of a dynamic, fun, and collaborative team. 

qualifications & skills:

  • Align with STILLPOINT mission, vision, and values.
  • Must be punctual in reporting to work.
  • Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work; and
  • Active, unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LCPC) in the State of NC. A copy must be provided to STILLPOINT.
  • Be organized and detail oriented.
  • Be a team player.
  • Be able to work independently and autonomously.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in a private practice setting or other outpatient setting highly preferred.
  • At least two years’ experience post-unrestricted licensure (preferred)
  • Have at least one niche market for counseling services (i.e., children, teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, disordered eating, etc)

Contract Position for Yoga, Somatic Movement, or Other Mindfulness Practice

Position Overview:


We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and self-motivated independent contractors to provide individual and group sessions rooted in mindful, somatic, and holistic modalities. This role is ideal for practitioners who are passionate about supporting whole-person wellness and creating meaningful, transformative experiences for clients.

Contract facilitators may offer services in a variety of approaches, including (but not limited to) mindfulness, meditation, yoga, breathwork, somatic therapies, energy work, or other integrative healing practices. Practitioners are encouraged to bring their unique training, perspective, and authentic voice to their work.
Responsibilities include facilitating individual sessions and/or group offerings, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, and supporting clients in developing greater awareness, regulation, and connection to themselves. Contractors are expected to operate within their scope of practice, uphold ethical standards, and maintain any required certifications, licensure, or liability insurance relevant to their modality.

This is a flexible, independent contractor position, allowing providers to set or collaborate on schedules, develop offerings aligned with their expertise, and contribute to a collaborative, heart-centered community.
