This 10-week virtual Women’s Healing Circle is a supportive, intentional space for women to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and gently restore their nervous systems. Meeting once per week for 90 minutes, this circle honors the natural rhythm of the seasons—beginning with rest and recovery for the winter and moving toward new growth and blooming of the Spring Equinox while creating solid practices that will last into the active summer season.
The early weeks of the circle focus on grounding, safety, and replenishment, creating space to release accumulated stress and gently process emotional and somatic experiences. As the series unfolds, participants are invited to explore intention-setting, clarity, and renewed energy, allowing what has been resting to begin to grow.

Each session includes a blend of:
  • Nervous system balancing practices
  • Mindfulness and guided meditation
  • Breathwork and gentle, intentional movement
  • Reflective journaling
  • Somatic awareness and processing inspired by Somatic Experiencing principles

This circle is designed to support emotional regulation, embodied awareness, and a deeper sense of connection—to self and to others—within a compassionate, non-judgmental community.
