Hi, I’m Olivia, an MSW Intern.
I’m a hard working and compassionate professional who aims to help all ages. Specifically with any life transitions, feelings of anxiety, and trouble with self worth.
In our sessions, we will work together to determine what feels most important and meaningful for you at each stage of the process. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you feel empowered to be yourself, explore new perspectives, and make progress toward lasting growth.
Therapy is a meaningful process of self-exploration, growth, and healing. It provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can show up authentically and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. While life often presents uncertainties and circumstances beyond our control, therapy can help identify areas where meaningful change is possible.
The therapeutic process can be challenging at times, requiring courage and vulnerability, but it can also be deeply rewarding. Through intentional reflection and collaboration, therapy can be a space to explore greater self-awareness, resilience, and lasting personal growth.
In our work together, we will identify the areas of your life that are most important to you. I take a collaborative approach in sessions that tailor the therapeutic experience to your unique needs and circumstances. My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe, heard, respected, and supported while making progress toward the changes you hope to make. Together, we will navigate obstacles, build on your strengths, resilience, and self-compassion.
I am a devoted dog mom, and lover of nature. Originally I am from New York and moved here about 6 years ago. While getting acclimated to Wilmington I enjoy going out on weekends by exploring the area and the coffee shops I haven’t tried yet. I have a list of all the coffee shops in the area, and my goal is to go to all of them!
As I grew up I used to be a semi professional ballet dancer and eventually found that my calling was more in the direction of Social Work. I wanted to become a therapist because I have always been drawn to helping people and getting them through hard moments in life. While also preparing and providing tools that best work for them to be able to utilize over time.
