Mindfulness is the psychological process of purposely bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment without judgment. This process can be developed through the practice of meditation, which is a practice with thousands of years of history and development. Mindfulness and meditation have both been studied in modern day science providing evidenced based research that mindful meditation improves both physical and mental health.

Join us for a guided meditation group led by Beth Lewis, Each session will provide an opportunity to connect with a like-minded community, as well as guide you through a mindful meditation. This guided experience can help you begin to create mindful habits that you can bring into your daily life and the rest of your week. The class is hybrid, meaning you can participate both in person at our practice in Wilmington, NC OR virtually from the comfort of your home anywhere in the world.
